Return and Cancellation Statement
Face plates and Cases Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the fact that all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns.Please be certain of the make, model number,crystal colors, design, etc.. of your faceplate before placing an order. If your order arrives damage, you must notify us within 48 hrs for replacement. In addition, Crystal Sparks, LLC. is not responsible for improper installation. Most of our faceplates just snap right over your phone, but if you are unsure how to install your new faceplate, we suggest that you bring it to your local cell phone store. Due to the fact that all products are custom made, once an order is placed and processed, an order can not be canceled. We pride ourselves in offering only the highest quality merchandise and our customer satisfaction is very important to us. Our customer service representatives are available via email or telephone to answer any questions that you may have before placing an order.
Returns and Exchanges Items not Custom Made Upon Order:
If you wish to return an item other then a phone case, please carefully follow these basic steps:Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting as at our contact page.
Include your completed RMA number and a copy of your packing slip in your package.
Seal the item in the original packing material. The item must be in its original (new) condition with tags attached and in the original packaging as it was delivered. Our receiving staff makes the final decision of the condition of the item(s). If it is determined that the item(s) have been used the return will be denied and returned to you at your expense via the United States Postal Service C.O.D.
Post mark the return back to us within five (5) business days of receipt.
Send an email to info@crystalsparks.com stating that you have returned your purchase so your account can be noted.
Please Note: Package should be insured and signature confirmation is recommended.
